Ms. Fiano's Service Club Hosted Dawnwwod's annual Pumpkin Decorating Contest. Check out all their wonderful creations. Board of Education President, Dawn Sharrock joined Ms. Fiano to announce winners and hand out prizes.

September Students of the Month
Students of the Month are nominated by teachers for consistently making positive choices, maintaining good grades, completing homework on time, helping classmates and staff members, demonstrating improvement in class, and overall being a kind and dependable student. Each month, all recipients are invited to a pizza party after school with Mrs. Dellapina-Landes, where they will receive certificates and prizes. DMS takes pride in celebrating these outstanding students and their achievements.

Wing 1 Teachers
Recently, a 6th grade student's mom was being deployed. The 6th grade teachers in her Wing got together and wanted to show their American Pride and support for her Mom, Kamilah.
Best Buddies
Best Buddies met this week to make pumpkin crafts and play games! The club members learned how some of their buddies communicate with special technology and also got to explore their buddies’ sensory room area. 🎃
